マニラでおすすめのフィリピン料理のお店です。第二次世界大戦終了後の1945年、ケソンシティ(Quezon City)にてアメリカの進駐軍相手に一号店が産声を上げました。現在はフィリピン国内に127店舗、海外にもアメリカ、カナダに多店舗展開しています。スペシャリテは鶏肉です。多くのお店が広い個室を持ち、家族、友人等を招いて、記念日のお祝いをしています。

ピナクベット(Pinakbet)
The Filipino staple dish of fresh ampalaya, okra, sitaw, eggplant, squash and kangkong with pork and shrimps sauteed in a special blend of bagoong alamang. Good for 2 to 3 persons.
豆腐を添えた空芯菜 (Adobong Kangkong Stuffed Tofu)
Kangkong with sliced shiitake and button mushrooms stir fried in a slightly sweet adobo sauce, stuffed in deep-fried blocks of tofu, served on a hot sizzling plate and sprinkled with fried garlic on top.
エビ入りのスープ(Sinigang na Hipon)タマリンドという酸味の強い果実で味付けされています。
Sour, sampaloc-flavored clear broth with savory fresh shrimp and a medley of veggies - kangkong, string beans, radish, eggplant and okra. Good for 2 to 3 persons.
エビの唐揚げ(Camaron Rebosado)
Shrimps dipped in golden batter and deep-fried so it's crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with a tangy sweet and sour sauce. Good for 2 to 3 persons.
マカロニサラダ(Macaroni Salad)
A home style macaroni salad complete with fresh vegetables and chicken bits bathed in Max's special salad dressing. Served in a crispy lumpia wrapper cone. Good for 1 person.
